What You’ll Do
As a Sales Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our business growth in robotics and automation. You’ll manage and expand client relationships, identify new opportunities, and act as a bridge between technical needs and tailored solutions. By working side by side with our engineering team, you will help customers unlock the real value of Mediate’s innovations. More specifically, this will include:

• Managing and growing a portfolio of industrial clients
• Presenting tailored solutions clearly and convincingly
• Identifying new business opportunities and market trends
• Working closely with our technical team to build custom offers
• Representing the company at trade shows, events, and partner meetings

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of sales experience in robotics and/or industrial automation
• Ability to engage both technical stakeholders and decision makers
• A results-driven mindset combined with strong relationship-building skills
• Someone ready to bring ideas, energy, and passion into a fast-paced team

What You’ll Do
As an Electronic Engineer & Firmware Developer, you’ll be at the heart of our products. You’ll design electronics, develop firmware, and work on cutting-edge solutions that power the future of robotics and automation. Working side by side with our engineering team, you’ll take ideas from concept to reality and have a direct impact on how our technology evolves. More specifically, this will include:

• Designing, testing, and validating electronic boards
• Developing and debugging firmware for embedded systems (STM32, or similar)
• Collaborating with the hardware and software teams to create integrated solutions
• Supporting prototypes, field tests, and product industrialization
• Exploring new technologies to keep our products innovative

We’re Looking for the New Firmware Engineer

• Degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, or equivalent background
• Experience with embedded firmware development (C/C++)
• Familiarity with microcontrollers, communication protocols (CAN, EtherCAT, MQTT, etc.)
• Curiosity, problem-solving mindset, and hands-on approach
• Bonus points if you’ve worked in industrial automation or robotics
