🔍 What You’ll Do
As a Business Developer, you will be at the forefront of our growth. You’ll build strategic relationships, identify new opportunities, and shape the commercial future of Mediate from the ground up. Working side by side with the engineering and product teams your responsibilities will be to find potential application scenarios, clients, environments where MEDIATE products will guarantee an advantage in respect with the solution currently offered by the market. More specifically this will include:

Identifying and developing new business opportunities in national and international markets

Creating go-to-market strategies and sales plans

Collaborating with the engineering and product teams to align offerings with market demand

Establishing partnerships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry players

Managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and closing
-
Supporting the creation of promotional content and participating in industry events and fairs

Analyzing market trends and providing insights for business strategy
✅ What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (3+ years preferred)
-
Strong understanding of B2B sales and/or industrial technology markets
-
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
-
Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field

🔍 What You’ll Do
As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact with potential clients. You’ll play a key role in identifying qualified leads and setting the stage for successful sales conversions. Moreover, you will be involved into the definiton of the applications/clients to target. Your responsibilities will include:

Researching and identifying potential customers

Reaching out to prospects via email, phone, and social media

Qualifying inbound and outbound leads based on predefined criteria

Scheduling meetings and product demos

Maintaining accurate records in the company CRM

Collaborating to improve outreach campaigns and messaging

Gathering insights and feedback from the market to improve our positioning
✅ What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles (internships included) with a focus on the business development

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A positive attitude, persistence, and goal-driven mindset

Familiarity with sales tools (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email platforms)

Working knowledge of English (fluency is a plus)

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a Technical field
